Working with an experienced yoga teacher in a private setting allows your practice to unfold at your own pace, with space to explore strength, ease, and wellbeing—without the distractions of a group class.
Group yoga classes can be a wonderful way to practise yoga—but they don’t always fit. The timing may be wrong, being in a group can feel uncomfortable or distracting, or you may simply be ready for more individual, attentive support in your yoga practice.
Private yoga sessions with me offer a quieter, more flexible approach.
In a one-to-one yoga session, your practice begins exactly where you are—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Each private yoga session is shaped around your needs in that moment. We might follow a thoughtfully created session plan, or allow the practice to unfold naturally as you move, breathe, and notice.
A tight shoulder can become the focus of an entire session.
Supporting your nervous system and easing anxiety through yoga may take centre stage.
There is time and space to explore what matters most to you in your body and mind.

With nearly 20 years of experience as a yoga teacher, I offer guidance that is responsive, skilful, and deeply personalised. Some days we’ll follow a clear structure; other days we’ll soften the plan completely—perhaps your energy is low, or you’re working around a recent injury. Your safety, wellbeing, and lived experience always guide the practice.
As we co-create your private yoga practice and allow it to evolve through the seasons, you may grow stronger and more relaxed, and come to know yourself with greater compassion. Many students develop a deeper sense of awe for their body and mind, and find more ease as they navigate the beauty and challenges of life.



Private yoga sessions give you my full attention, hands-on adjustments where appropriate, and the luxury of time—without the constraints of a group class. Sessions can take place in your home, or outdoors in good weather.

The investment for a 1:1 session is £60. Sessions are 60-70 minutes, but the first session is a little longer to allow time to clarify what you would like to focus on.
