In Person Yoga

Yoga isn’t just about making pretty shapes. It’s about discovering how we adapt. It’s about learning new ways to ‘be’ and to ‘do’ life.

I will guide you through a practice that is strong, and still slow enough to feel your way into each pose.
Our practice will be strong enough to challenge, and to strengthen.
Our practice will be soft enough for us to hear the body speak.
Our practice is bound up in the cycles of nature. When we connect our practice to the cycles that we live within; the day, the moon, the sun, our practice becomes profound and deeply meaningful.

Yoga on the Hill
A Feet on the Ground, Get your Teeth into it Yoga class! Slow, strong poses. A focus on anatomy and structure. An opportunity to drop deeply into the experience.

Connecting with the Earth under our feet gives an awe inspiring depth to our yoga practice.
Feel the texture and temperature of the Earth.
Navigate the contours of the ground as you practice, just like we navigate the landscape of our lives.
Listen to the sounds of the natural world around us as we practice in the beautiful gardens of New Place, in Porlock.
