In Person Yoga

Yoga isn’t just about making pretty shapes. It’s about discovering how we adapt. It’s about learning new ways to ‘be’ and to ‘do’ life.

I will guide you through a practice that is strong, and still slow enough to feel your way into each pose.
Our practice will be strong enough to challenge, and to strengthen.
Our practice will be soft enough for us to hear the body speak.
Our practice is bound up in the cycles of nature. When we connect our practice to the cycles that we live within; the day, the moon, the sun, our practice becomes profound and deeply meaningful.

A Feet on the Ground, Get your Teeth into it Yoga class! Slow, strong poses. A focus on anatomy and structure. An opportunity to drop deeply into the experience.

A gentle, grounded yoga class that works in harmony with your body and breath, and that teases your mind into listening to your body – rather than the other way round!
Limber your joints and muscles. Gently strengthen your body to support you in staying mobile.
Ease your mind into a calmer state.
