After our 5 day journey through the body, I hope that you might be feeling more supple and relaxed. Perhaps you have a new sense of freedom in your movement, or some tension and discomfort has eased?
Maybe you feel a little more grounded and focused in your mind and thoughts? Or your breathing is a little fuller and satisfying?
This is what happens (along with many other things) when we work mindfully and consciously with our body. There are so many ways we can do this. Yoga is just one of them. And there are many styles of yoga too.
I designed this 5 day practice to journey through the physical body, and to introduce techniques that can either be used as standalone mini practices, or they can be foundations to bring with you into a full yoga class.

A 4 x Class Package means you can join any 4 x classes live on zoom over a 4 week period.
Monday Evenings 7:30 – 8:45pm. This session is great for winding down – and after a beautiful practice, we finish with a slightly longer relaxation.
Tuesday and Thursday mornings 8:00 – 9:00am
A fantastic way to start the day stretching, strengthening, breathing and relaxing. By the the time we’re done – you’ll be ready to step into the world!
Come to the same class each week, or a mixture to suit your schedule.
And if you can’t make it live, don’t worry – I always send a recording that you have access to for a week.
